OUR ROLE
As coaches, we determine the kind of experience our athletes have with sports. With that in mind, we not only strive to win, but also pursue the more important goal of teaching life lessons through sports.
This dual goal coaching philosophy includes teaching our players to honor the game, respect the rules, their opponents, the officials, their teammates, and themselves. This philosophy will foster a positive, character-building, youth sports experience for all the children within our organization.
